Fresh Rucula Salad

Light lunch or starter.

Ingredients:

85 grams rucola salad

1/2 apple (diced)

1/4 peace cucumber (sliced)

4-6 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)

1/2 mozarella ball (cut into dices)

2 tbsp. olive oil , 2 tbsp. apple vinegar,

4 tbsp. ceasar salad dressing

1 tsp. cinnamon.

Instructions:

1. Put the rucola salad in the centre of a dinner plate.

2. Put the chopped apple and chopped mozarella ball on one side of the plate.

3. Put the sliced cucumber and the cherry tomatoes on the other side of the plate.

4.Pour the olive oil and apple vinegar on top of all the ingredients..

Add a little pepper and sea salt (to your taste).

5. Add cinnamon on top of the apple.

6. Pour the ceasars salad dressing over the rucola.

Serve cold.
