CHICKEN, RICE and VEGETABLES

Ingredients: for 2 persons.

1 cup rice, 250 milliliters water, 1/4 tsp. sea salt.

1 onion (sliced),1 leek (sliced),1 carrot (sliced), 1 clove garlic (chopped), 1 red bell pepper (chopped), 1/4 piece zucchini (chopped)

Preparation:

1. First, slice and chop all the vegetables.

2. Fill a saucepan with 250 millilitres water and add a 1/4 teaspoons sea salt. then cook until it boils. Add 1 cup of rice and keep stirring.

3. Meanwhile, put frying pan on the stove medium-hot heat.

4. Add 6 tablespoons of oliveoil or 85grams margarine. Once hot enough 190-210 degrees cellcious, add the seasoned chicken breast to the frying pan.

5. Bake 5-8 minutes both sides. Take out the chicken and put on a cuttingboard.

5. Add the vegetables to the hot frying pan. Add 1/8 teaspoon Seasalt, pepper and 3 tablespoons sojasaus. Stir regularly.

6. Cut the chicken into small cubes and add it to the vegetables.

7. Put the rice into a strainer if needed, add the rice also to the vegetables and chicken and stir regularly.
