Instructions:
  1. Put all the slices bread first in a toaster.

  3. Smear 1 tbsp. mayonaise on one side of each of the 4 slices bread. Leaving 2 slices bread with nothing on it.

  4. Put 1 leaf of lettuce on top of 2 mayonaised slices of bread, being this the bottom of the sandwich.

  8. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices and put it on top of the lettuce. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  9. Put the stripes of bacon on a oven tray with waxed baking paper. Put it under the grill in a oven until brown and crispy, or fry it in a frying pan with a little (1-2 tbsp.) olive oil.

  10. Take the bacon out of the oven or frying pan and put it on a plate with a papertowel to let it absorb the grease.

  11. Then put 3 stripes of bacon for each sandwich on top of the tomatoes.

  12. Put the last slice of bread on top of the bacon.

  13. Cut the 3 layers of the sandwich diagonally all the way through. Put 1 or 2 toothpicks into each section of the sandwich to hold it together.

  14. Place it on a plate with a napkin on it.

Bon Appetit!!
