Edible Graffiti Cooking Class @WynwoodYard

Sep 21, 2016

In this cooking class series we are pairing with graffiti artist Pedro AMOS of Miami’s Best Graffiti Guide to offer a new and exciting cooking class. We are making edible art!  Instead of paint, we have a variety of vibrant and delicious vegetable purees. Each participant will be given two large white plates to use as a canvas for a delicious masterpiece.  Pedro will assist us with his expertise on fun pattern options, layering of colors, textures and Chef Sarah will make sure it’s all delicious.

This class is highlighting the beautiful vibrant colors and textures of vegetables, with flavored purees such as; beet and fennel, roasted red pepper and sweet potato, garlic spinach, curried cauliflower, cashew cauliflower, carrot harissa and purple potato.  But wait; there is more… we will make actual meals to eat! In addition to purees for your work of art, we can add vegetable steaks, shaved ribbons, nuts, herbs and flowers for layering and texture to make your plate truly Instagram worthy! Get your tickets, this class will sell out! Vegans, you can attend this class worry free!
