Craft
beer lovers have one more place to visit in Wynwood with the opening of Concrete
Beach Brewery on Thursday.
The
social hall and craft brewery officially opens at 5 p.m. at 325 N.W. 24th
Street in Miami. It will feature a rotating menu of beers and seasonal
offerings, which will be brewed on-site.
The
11,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor bar and brewery can hold about 149 people for
its regular events, like beer education nights and live entertainment.
The
social hall will be open Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays from 6 p.m.
to midnight, Saturdays from noon to midnight and Sundays from noon to 10 p.m.
Days and hours will expand throughout the summer, the company says.
Free
tours of the 20-barrel brewery will be available on Thursdays and Fridays and 6
p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays at noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
"While
there are already many devotees of craft beer here that we hope will become
fans of Concrete Beach, we’re also focused on introducing craft beer to locals
who haven’t yet experienced its complexity and flavor," said Concrete
Beach Social Hall Manager Jesse Morris
in a news release.
