Our take of Pigs in a Blanket is a combination of Foie Gras and Fig Sausage wrapped in a Puff Pastry and accented with Blueberry Thyme Jam and Spicy Mustard
Port Braised Beef Short Ribs (ENTREE)
Brown butter sautéed wild mushrooms and smoked Sun-Dried tomatoes folded into creamy Asiago Carolina Gold Rice Grits, paired with Cedar River Farms 5 hour port braised short rib.
Peach Cobbler French Toast (ENTREE)
Cinnamon-custard pan seared Challah, Bulleit Bourbon caramel peaches, topped with toasted pecan strudel
*This entree is an alternative to the Short Rib and Wild Mushroom Grits served with the same beverages, appetizers and dessert as the Short Ribs and Mushroom entrée.
